In the early hours of a cold Saturday morning, on December 7, 2013, the life of 32-year-old Lamont William Hall was tragically cut short in Washington, D.C. Known to his loved ones as 'Mon Mon,' Hall, a Black male, was found with gunshot wounds in the rear of the 200 block of Bates Street, NW, near Truxton Circle.
