On the morning of July 19, 2022, 63-year-old Larry Rice, a resident of Huntsville, Alabama, was fatally shot following a minor traffic accident. The incident occurred around 9:20 a.m. near the intersection of 15th and Omni Street. Huntsville Police Department (HPD) officers responded to the scene and found Mr. Rice deceased in the roadway.
