On April 7, 2023, at approximately 4 p.m., Montgomery police and fire medics responded to a shooting incident in the 200 block of Canna Drive, near West South Boulevard. Upon arrival, they discovered 45-year-old Michael Jordan suffering from a life-threatening gunshot wound. Jordan was promptly transported to a local hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
