In the early hours of a Sunday morning in Montgomery, Alabama, gunfire shattered the peace and tragically ended the life of 15-year-old Victoriano Flores. On July 9, 2023, the young man, who had moved to Montgomery from Dickson, Tennessee, was caught in a hail of bullets on Gardendale Drive. The incident, which occurred around 1 a.m., also left six other individuals wounded, creating a chaotic and tragic scene for first responders.
