On May 31, 2021, 19-year-old Javier Lopez was fatally shot in Montgomery, Alabama. The incident occurred around 10 p.m. in the 500 block of Karen Road, situated in the Forest Hills neighborhood near Eastern Hills Baptist Church. Upon arrival, authorities pronounced Lopez dead at the scene.
