In a tragic turn of events on a summer evening, 71-year-old Lee Ross of Birmingham, Alabama, was killed in a double homicide. The shooting, which also claimed the life of his friend, 62-year-old Daryl Maurice Jones, unfolded on Saturday, July 15, 2023, in the Ensley neighborhood of Birmingham.
