Kevin Davis, a 41-year-old man from Birmingham, Alabama, was fatally shot on October 26, 2023, in what authorities have confirmed as a homicide. The shooting occurred in the early evening hours, prompting local law enforcement to respond to a call about gunfire in a residential area. When officers arrived, they found Davis suffering from gunshot wounds and rendered aid until paramedics arrived. Despite their efforts, Davis was later pronounced dead at the scene.
