In the early morning hours of Sunday, November 19, 2023, the life of 17-year-old Cleo Stovall Jr. was cut short in a barrage of gunfire on Stuardi Court in Mobile, Alabama. The teenager, who was not a resident of the neighborhood, became embroiled in a shootout with individuals inside a parked vehicle. The exchange of fire was intense, with neighbors reporting hearing as many as 50 gunshots.
