On November 26, 2023, at approximately 4:42 a.m., 30-year-old Alexander Rombley-Fernandez of Birmingham was fatally shot during an assault in the 2700 block of Stonefield Drive in Fultondale, Alabama. The Jefferson County Coroner's Office reported that he was pronounced dead at the scene at 5:11 a.m.
