In the quiet, early morning hours of November 26, 2023, in Fultondale, Alabama, the life of 30-year-old Alexander Rombley-Fernandez, a Hispanic male, was tragically cut short. At approximately 4:42 a.m., in the 2700 block of Stonefield Drive, Rombley-Fernandez was shot during an assault. The Jefferson County Coroner's Office pronounced him dead at the scene at 5:11 a.m.
