Birmingham, Alabama. Just after 11:00 a.m., North precinct officers respond to a call of four people shot at 102412th Street North. Officer arrived and observed a deceased male, Derick Williams on lying non the sidewalk outside the apartment. Officers were alerted of others wounded inside the apartment.
