In the quiet community of Triana, Alabama, the evening of October 21, 2024, was shattered by the sound of gunfire, leaving a family and community to mourn the loss of 37-year-old Trayvon Deshawn Harris. The fatal incident unfolded around 8:10 p.m. in the 100 block of Murphy Lane, where Harris was discovered with a gunshot wound to his abdomen. Despite being rushed to Huntsville Hospital for emergency treatment, he succumbed to his injuries shortly after arrival.
