Murdered

On June 9, 2016, Rashawn Lewis Wright, aged 25, was fatally shot in Washington, D.C. The incident occurred at approximately 10:26 p.m. in the 900 block of Varney Street, SE. Responding officers found Wright suffering from gunshot wounds, and despite emergency efforts, he was pronounced dead at the scene. The Metropolitan Police Department has been investigating the case, but no suspects have been identified or arrested so far.
