In the early hours of a Friday morning in Washington, D.C., the life of Clayton Matthew Morris, a 49-year-old man, was tragically cut short. On April 6, 2018, police responded to a call in the Anacostia section of Southeast D.C., where they discovered Morris in the hallway of an apartment building in the 1500 block of T Street. He had been shot.
