In the late hours of a Wednesday night in the fall of 2016, the life of 22-year-old Joshua Wayne Munson of District Heights, Maryland, was cut tragically short. On November 2nd, police responded to a call about an unconscious man in an alley located in the 1600 block of T Street in the Anacostia neighborhood of Southeast Washington, D.C.
