In the heart of Birmingham, Alabama, a life was cut short in a brazen daylight shooting. Chuck Jermaine Wallace, a 33-year-old man, was gunned down on the afternoon of Friday, September 13, 2024. Wallace, who worked as a private contractor with the city's housing authority, was in the Collegeville neighborhood when the fatal shots were fired.
