On October 14, 2024, at approximately 4:55 a.m., a passerby discovered 40-year-old Jonathan Foster lying in the median of Highway 78 near Scott's Texaco in the Argo community of Walker County, Alabama. Initially presumed to be a victim of a hit-and-run, Foster was transported to a local hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
