A night out in downtown Tuscaloosa, Alabama, took a tragic turn, ending the life of 21-year-old Howell 'Hal' Booth Holland III on Saturday, July 27, 2024. The young man, a resident of Fayette, was in the city with a friend, enjoying the local clubs and bars.
