Death by Force

Maleak Chandler, a 21-year-old man from Birmingham, Alabama, was fatally shot on March 16, 2024, in what authorities believe to have been a targeted act of violence. The incident occurred late in the evening near a residential area, where Chandler was found with multiple gunshot wounds. Police were quickly dispatched to the scene after receiving emergency calls reporting shots fired. Despite efforts by first responders to save him, Chandler was pronounced dead shortly after the attack.
