Murdered

On January 28, 2019, 24-year-old Jeremy Lavender was found critically injured in his vehicle under the I-59 overpass on Oporto-Madrid Boulevard in Birmingham, Alabama. Responding to reports of gunfire around 4 p.m., police and firefighters discovered Lavender in a wrecked gray Honda Accord. He was transported to UAB Hospital's Trauma Center, where he was later pronounced dead.
