In the summer of 2023, the life of 35-year-old Kapricee Monique Jackson, a Black female, was tragically cut short in Birmingham, Alabama. On July 7th, authorities responded to a call and discovered her body at a residence. The investigation that followed determined that she had been fatally shot, and her death was officially ruled a homicide.
