31‑year‑old Black female Jermiera Ivory Fowler, a mother of two from Birmingham, Alabama, was reported missing on Wednesday, May 31, 2023. According to Birmingham police, Fowler was last seen around 4 p.m. in the area of 41st Street North, near the Tom Brown Village housing complex. Her disappearance prompted a missing-person report the following day.
