In the crisp autumn air of a Birmingham, Alabama evening, a family argument tragically escalated, ending the life of 27-year-old Zevin Lenard Patterson. On Saturday, November 19, 2022, in the western part of the city, a dispute turned deadly, leaving a community to grapple with the sudden and violent loss.
