A 25-year-old man from Center Point, Malik Tyree Sutton, was shot and killed on Friday, October 29, 2021. The incident took place during an altercation in an alley located on the 4200 block of Avenue L in Ensley, Birmingham, Alabama.

The suspect in the case has been identified as 23-year-old Eren Johnson, also from Birmingham. Detectives obtained a warrant for Johnson's arrest on charges of Capital Murder. Johnson was subsequently arrested and will remain in the custody of the Jefferson ...Read More
