In the winter of 2019, a burst of gunfire shattered the evening quiet in a west Birmingham, Alabama neighborhood, leaving a family grieving and a community unsettled. On December 23rd, 31-year-old Justin Rayshun Johnson, a male resident of the city, was tragically killed in a double shooting.
