On April 3, 2019, 20-year-old DeShawn Ferrez Jackson and 21-year-old Tre'vion Alexander Marks were found deceased in a vehicle that had crashed into a backyard on Tensaw Court in Fairfield, Alabama. Responding to reports of a collision around 8:37 p.m., authorities discovered the car with significant damage and apparent bullet holes. Autopsies confirmed that both men died from gunshot wounds.
