Rishard Densmore had his entire future ahead of him.

The 21-year-old from Bessemer was preparing to play quarterback for Miles College as he pursued a career in the NFL. He was also a devoted father to two toddlers whom he cherished deeply.

Tragically, his life was abruptly ended one year ago today when a gunman launched a targeted attack against him in Lipscomb.
