In May of 2020, the life of 45-year-old Michael Jones, a beloved husband and father from Columbus, Mississippi, was tragically cut short in Bessemer, Alabama. Jones, a hardworking man, had finished his shift at Steel Dynamics/Severstal on the morning of May 20th and was expected back for his evening shift, but he never arrived. His uncharacteristic absence prompted his concerned family to begin a search for him.
