David Dorning

In the early morning hours of January 15, 2019, the body of 54-year-old David Dorning, a white male, was discovered on Skyball Road in the town of Hayden, located in Blount County, Alabama. The investigation into his death would soon reveal that he had been the victim of a hit-and-run incident the previous day, January 14th. Dorning had been walking along the road when he was struck by a vehicle that subsequently fled the scene.
