Rosalio Gutierrez Jr., a 40-year-old Hispanic male, was a father of two and a lifelong resident of Kenosha, Wisconsin. On May 17, 2020, all contact with him ceased. His absence was felt when he failed to appear for work on the following two days. This uncharacteristic behavior prompted his girlfriend to visit his apartment on May 19th for a welfare check.
