In a quiet neighborhood in Kenosha, Wisconsin, the night of October 19, 2021, was shattered by an act of violence that claimed the life of 17-year-old Hispanic male Sebastian Perez-Alvarez. What began as an ordinary evening ended in a tragedy that left a community in shock and mourning.
