Marlon Allen, aged 42, was tragically shot and killed on December 4, 2019, in Kenosha, Wisconsin. The incident occurred early in the morning at an apartment building located in the 3500 block of 50th Street. According to reports, Allen was shot in the hallway of his apartment building shortly after leaving a neighbor's home.

The investigation into Allen's death led to the arrest of 57-year-old Eddie Pendleton. Pendleton appeared in court for a bond hearing shortly after the incident. The ...
