On the evening of February 10, 2024, a young Hispanic man's life was cut short in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Twenty-year-old Julian Flores was shot and killed just before 6:00 p.m. near the intersection of Sheridan Road and 42nd Street. Police responded to multiple reports of gunshots and, upon arrival, found Flores with several gunshot wounds. He succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
