In the winter of 2021, a Kenosha, Wisconsin man named TuRando R. Long, a 28-year-old Black / African American male, tragically lost his life in a senseless act of violence. On the morning of January 15th, at approximately 9:15 a.m., Long was walking in his neighborhood near the 2100 block of 61st Street. He was known by his family for enjoying long walks as a form of exercise.
