In the early hours of New Year's Day 2022, the life of Breon Tre'Vaunt Gates, a 27-year-old Black / African American man from Zion, Illinois, was tragically cut short. The scene was the parking lot of Coins Sports Bar in Kenosha, Wisconsin, where a celebration turned into a scene of chaos and violence.
