In the early morning hours of April 23, 2023, the life of 40-year-old Deshun Jackson, a Black/African American man, was tragically cut short in a Kenosha, Wisconsin apartment. Kenosha police were dispatched to an apartment complex near 60th and Sheridan around 2 a.m. following reports of a shooting.
