A man is shot while at a party
Stephen Lamont Roye, aged 26, was tragically shot and killed on November 2, 2003, at a large party held at the American Legion Post 82 in Saluda, Virginia. The event, which began as a lively gathering, grew chaotic as the night progressed. In the early morning hours, witnesses reported hearing a gunshot and saw Roye collapse to the ground.
