A man is shot while at a party In the early morning hours of November 2, 2003, a party at the American Legion Post 82 in Saluda, Virginia, took a fatal turn. Stephen Lamont Roye, a 26-year-old Black or African American male, was in attendance at the large gathering located at 192 Watson Landing Road. As the event began to get out of control, some attendees started to leave.
