Phillip Delantia Wilkerson Jr., age 22, was tragically shot and killed on January 24, 1998, in Knoxville, Tennessee. The incident occurred near Club Royal, located at 2111 McCalla Avenue. He was not the only victim that night—another man, Emanuel Oliver Wykle, aged 25, was also shot at the same location. Both men were found with fatal gunshot wounds at the scene.
