Christopher Lynn McBath, a 26-year-old African American male from Knoxville, TN, tragically lost his life on September 15, 2009. McBath was fatally shot while sitting on the porch of a residence on Better Tomorrow Drive in Western Heights. The incident occurred in the evening, and McBath was pronounced dead at the scene.
