Mekhi Levi Luster, an 18-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on April 23, 2018, in Knoxville, TN. Mekhi was a student at Fulton High School and was known for his athletic abilities and kind personality. He was fatally shot during what authorities described as a "low-level" marijuana deal.
