Jalisa Baxter, 23, was found shot to death on September 9, 2017, in Detroit, Michigan. She was discovered along with Eric Perkins, 24, inside her Chevy Malibu, parked in a vacant lot on Detroit’s east side. Both victims had been shot execution-style in the back of the head. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, and authorities were alerted to the scene after a passerby reported what appeared to be a car accident.
