In the autumn of 2007, the life of 21-year-old Teddias LaWayne Tucker was tragically cut short on a Saturday morning in Memphis, Tennessee. On October 20th, at approximately 10:42 a.m., police responded to a call on Sledge Avenue near Dudley Street. Upon their arrival, they discovered Mr. Tucker, a Black male, lying on the ground, having sustained a fatal gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics.
