Cameo Covington, a 26-year-old resident of Memphis, Tennessee, tragically passed away on February 9, 2019. The circumstances surrounding Covington's death were investigated as a homicide. Officers from the Raines Precinct responded to a call near East Brooks and Millbranch roads, south of I-240, early on February 10, 2019. A pedestrian flagged down the officers, leading them to discover Covington's body.
