Matthew Tariq Harper, a 25-year-old male of African American ethnicity from Collierville, Tennessee, tragically passed away on September 11, 2022, in Memphis, TN. He was fatally injured in a shooting at the Stratum on Highland apartments located at 510 South Highland Street. The incident occurred late at night, and Matthew was pronounced dead at the scene.
