Marva Howard, a 39-year-old woman from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, was tragically shot and killed on September 4, 2007. Howard, a mother of two, had struggled with substance abuse and had previous arrests related to petty crimes and prostitution. On the night of her death, she was reportedly leaving a bar in the Crawford Village area of McKeesport when she was fatally shot.
