Lafayette Davis, aged 35, was shot and killed on July 26, 2008, in Philadelphia. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, at around 2:43 a.m., when police responded to reports of an auto accident on the 6000 block of Frontneck Street. Upon arrival, officers found Davis with gunshot wounds to his head. Despite efforts to save him, Davis was pronounced dead at the scene.
