On March 26, 2021, 11-year-old Harley Belance was tragically killed in a shooting incident in Philadelphia, PA. Harley was riding a scooter with a 14-year-old friend in the 1500 block of McKinley Street when gunfire erupted. Harley was shot in the neck and pronounced dead at the scene, while his friend sustained injuries to the arm and ankle but survived.
