Tarik Khalil Hooks II, a 21-year-old Black male, tragically lost his life on April 12, 2021, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He was discovered inside a silver Buick Century on the 3900 block of Aspen Street, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Despite being rushed to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center, Tarik succumbed to his injuries that evening.
