John Pawlowski, a 25-year-old male police officer of the Philadelphia Police Department, tragically lost his life on February 13, 2009. Officer Pawlowski was shot and killed while responding to a dispute between a cab driver and a man with a weapon in the Logan section of Philadelphia.
