On April 23, 2009, Ricardo Irizarry, a 20-year-old Hispanic male, was shot and killed in Philadelphia. The incident occurred on the 7300 block of Bouvier Street. Philadelphia Police responded to the scene after receiving reports of gunfire. When officers arrived, they found Ricardo Irizarry with fatal injuries, and despite efforts to save him, he succumbed to his wounds at the scene.
