In the spring of 2018, the life of 48-year-old Ronald Rusin was brought to a tragic and violent end in the city of Philadelphia. On April 25th of that year, Rusin, a former Philadelphia police officer, was discovered in the basement of a home on Vista Street in the Rhawnhurst section of the city. He had been fatally shot in the neck.
